The Borough Council is working with a range of partners to develop the potential of the park and to provide opportunities for people to enjoy the valley to the full.
West Lancs Borough Council
West Lancashire Borough Council is leading on the project and is happy to be working closely with its respective partners on this scheme.
Tawd Valley Park is one of 14 parks and countryside sites the Council is responsible for, and the Council’s Rangers work regularly in Tawd Valley Park to maintain and improve this valuable green space for people living and working in Skelmersdale.
The Council is very excited about this project and looks forward to hearing local people as to their ideas for park. These will help ensure residents will reap the benefits of the scheme for many years to come.
